2. These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through our website and your use of the Nyssa London online store. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales and comply with applicable UK consumer legislation.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page. The version in effect at the time your order is placed will apply to that transaction.

 

 

3. Eligibility

By placing an order with Nyssa London, you confirm that you are:

  • 18 years of age or older

  • A resident of the United Kingdom

  • Placing an order for delivery to a valid UK address (excluding PO Boxes, BFPO, and freight forwarding addresses)

  • Authorised to use the payment method provided

 

 

4. Placing an Order & Contract Formation

All orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract between you and NYSSA LONDON LTD is formed only upon receipt of your official order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

  • A pricing or typographical error on our website

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity

  • A product becoming unavailable after your order was placed

  • An order placed to a restricted or ineligible delivery address

If your order is cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. You will be notified promptly by email.

 

 

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards

  • Klarna — Buy Now, Pay Later

Payments are processed securely at checkout via our platform, Shopify. Nyssa London does not store, access, or retain your payment card details. All card data is handled directly and securely by Shopify's payment infrastructure.

 

 

6. Klarna — Buy Now, Pay Later

We offer flexible payment options through Klarna. By selecting Klarna at checkout, you enter into a separate agreement with Klarna and agree to their own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Klarna's payment options are subject to their own eligibility checks and approval process. Nyssa London has no involvement in, or responsibility for, Klarna's lending decisions, terms, or any matters arising from your Klarna agreement.

 

 

7. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only via Royal Mail. Free next working day delivery is available on all orders. Full details of our dispatch times, delivery restrictions, and failed delivery policy are set out in our Delivery Policy.

Please note the following key points:

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO, or freight forwarding addresses

  • Delivery to certain remote areas, islands, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands may be subject to varied timeframes

  • Nyssa London is not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or any third-party carrier once your order has been dispatched

  • In the event of a failed or undelivered parcel due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at the time of checkout

 

 

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your Nyssa London jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied, our returns policy is as follows:

  • Standard items: eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to conditions

  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. All returns are inspected upon receipt before a refund is authorised

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 30 days to process following receipt and inspection

  • Exchanges are permitted up to twice within any 12-month period

  • Customers must contact us before sending any return

The following items are excluded from our returns policy:

  • Personalised and engraved items (change-of-mind returns)

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items

9. Personalised & Engraved Items

Nyssa London offers laser engraving on selected necklaces and bracelets. Personalised orders go into immediate production upon placement — no proof is sent for approval.

Please be aware of the following important conditions:

  • Customer responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any personalisation details submitted at checkout. Orders containing incorrect details provided by the customer are non-refundable. A new order must be placed to correct the error

  • Our error: In the event of a verified engraving mistake made by Nyssa London, we will resend the item with the correct engraving at no cost to you

  • Content restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse any engraving request that contains offensive, discriminatory, or copyrighted content

10. Product Information & Disclaimers

We take great care to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, please note the following:

  • Colour & finish variations: Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and photography, the actual appearance of an item may vary slightly from what is shown on our website

  • Metal sensitivities: Our jewellery is crafted from premium stainless steel. While stainless steel is widely regarded as hypoallergenic, individuals with known metal sensitivities or allergies should seek medical advice before wearing our products. Nyssa London cannot accept liability for any adverse skin reactions

 

 

11. Intellectual Property

All content published on the Nyssa London website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and branding — is the intellectual property of NYSSA LONDON LTD and is protected under applicable UK copyright and intellectual property law.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any form without our prior written consent.

 

 

12. Third-Party Platforms

Our website is hosted and operated through Shopify, a third-party e-commerce platform. Shopify may have access to certain data in connection with the operation of our store. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how your data is handled.

Nyssa London is not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party platforms, payment providers, or delivery partners referenced on our site.

 

 

13. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under:

  • The Consumer Rights Act 2015 — covering product quality, fitness for purpose, and your right to a repair, replacement, or refund

  • The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 — covering your right to cancel distance-selling contracts within 14 days

Please note that personalised and engraved items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, as they are made to your specification.

 

 

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NYSSA LONDON LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, our website or products

  • Delays or failures in delivery caused by Royal Mail or third-party carriers

  • Loss of a parcel in return transit

  • Errors in personalisation details submitted by the customer

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total value of that order.

Nothing in this clause limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

 

 

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
